Read With Me is excited to partner with Midcoast Community Read 2007.
This is a joint project of the Curtis Memorial Library, Patten Free Library, Topsham Public Library, and Wiscasset Public Library. All RWM sites are participating.
Each site will read a book about the Great Depression, and all families will receive a copy of
Potato: A Tale From the Great Depression
This story was written by Kate Lied when she was eight years old, and tells the story of how her grandparents made it through the Depression.
