IV – MEETINGS OF MEMBERSHIP
Section 1 - An annual meeting of the members of the organization for the transaction of such business as properly may come before it, including recognition and awards for service, shall be held at such place and time during the year as is set each year by the Board of Directors. Notice of the annual meeting shall be mailed by the Secretary to all Members at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting.
Section 2 - Other meetings of the corporation may be held at the discretion of the Board of Directors or of at least 20% of the members-at-large. Written notices of such meetings shall be sent to all members at least ten days before the date of the meeting. Included in the notices shall be a statement of the purposes of the meeting.
Section 3 - A quorum shall consist of a majority of members of the Board of Directors, of a convening committee, or 30% of the membership at-large who are present at this specific meeting of the corporation.
